Time for "Renewal", This Year's WAN Library Show

All WAN members are invited to participate in this exhibit. Two-dimensional work is preferred but we will make an effort to secure some 3D space in the cases. Each member may exhibit one work, which must be dropped off on or before the day of the hanging, wired and ready to put up on the wall. Work may not exceed 30 inches in any dimension, should relate to the show title and must be labeled with artist name, title and medium of the work and contact information. There will be a hanging fee of $5.00 each to cover the cost of invitation postcards and publicity. If you wish to participate, please click here to download an entry form, fill it out and return it by Friday March 12th, to Jan Powell, 44 Brookside Avenue, Winchester, MA 01890. This will allow us to plan properly and do some publicity. Work must be dropped of at the Library's administration office by 6.00pm, April 1, when hanging will commence. Please contact Jan Powell at 781 756 0603 if you can help.

at the Winchester Farmers' Market

Thanks to vision and hard work on the part of our founder, Mary Hart, WAN artists will have the opportunity to demonstrate (and offer for sale) their work at the Farmers' Market which will take place on the Town Common every Saturday from 9:30AM to 1:30 PM. The WAN show will be inaugurated Tomorrow, July 12, by Mary Hart who will be giving a demonstration of "Scherenschnitte" and if that doesn't get you away from the bock choy and gluten free muffins, you have no curiosity at all. Next Saturday, July 19, the WAN artist will be Jay Sullivan.
